Country Choice expands Christmas range

Catering-for-retail company Country Choice has launched a new range of festive cakes and bakes and seasonal dumpbins for Christmas.

One key product is the Stollen Cake Slice, which is made with dried fruit and marzipan, then dusted with icing sugar. It comes ready to defrost in cases of 30 with a unit price of 89p and an rrp of £1.29 per individually wrapped 75g slice.

The company’s Bake & Bite 4-shelf dumpbin can be modified with peelable Christmas headers to decorate the dumpbin and a variety of shelf talkers to promote the offers.

The Christmas confectionery range also includes a range of mince pies – shallow shortcrust, fully baked thaw and serve shortcrust, luxury deep fill shortcrust, and puff pastry with brandy – Christmas Cake Squares and Christmas Cupcakes, as well as Festive Friends cakes and Gingerbread treats.
