Haribo is Germany’s most popular youth brand

Haribo has been crowned Germany’s most popular youth brand in the Young Brand Awards 2011, conducted by the Munich market research agency Youngcom.

The confectionery company won both the “Popular candy” and the “Most popular brand for German adolescents and young adults” categories. It competed against other typical youth brands, including Apple, Audi, BMW, Adidas, Nivea, H & M and many more.

The Youngcom research was gathered from more than 10,000 participants in the age group 13-29 years. Both awards are confirmation that Haribo’s high-profile communication activities on the internet are paying off.
