Sweet and savoury biscotti
The Artful Baker, based in Dorset, has launched a new range of Biscotti biscuits.
Aiming to challenge the ‘biscotti myth’ that they are hard biscuits, the Artful Baker’s range are smaller tasty morsels still packed with flavour.
Artful Baker spokesperson Anne said: “‘Biscuits of tomorrow’ must feel deliciously decadent and a worthwhile break from any day-to-day eating regime. Whether we’re talking coffee break, a light snack or celebrating a gathering of friends and family, any biscuit of note must have the capacity to make hearts skip.”
The new range includes:
- Savoury Biscotti Nibbles available in: Wild Garlic & Chives; Caramelised Red Onion Marmalade & Pesto; Sweet Chilli & Lime; Kalamata Olives and Oregano
- Sweet Biscotti Thins available in: Salted Caramel, Belgian Dark Choc & Hazlenuts; Raspberries & White Choc; Dark Belgian Choc & Californian Almonds; Valencian Orange, Pistachios and Cardamom.
