Semetrical reveals UK’s most popular search terms for sweets during lockdown

London-based digital marketing agency Semetrical has conducted research into consumer trends during the UK’s lockdown and found a large increase in online searches for sweet deliveries.

The research reveals that searches for ‘sweet delivery’ have increased by 1550%, with other popular search terms including ‘letterbox sweets’ and ‘pick and mix delivery’ also seeing a surge in demand:

Semetrical also revealed that jelly beans are the UK’s most popular sweet, with an average of 18,100 searches every month, followed by parma violets, humbugs, jelly beans and jelly tots:
