Savoury popcorn snacks

Tangerine Confectionery, the makers of Butterkist popcorn, is rolling out new smaller pack formats of its savoury popcorn flavours.

Butterkist’s Sea Salt and Balsamic Vinegar and Sour Cream and Chive flavour popcorn are now available in 18g single serve packs. The new bags contain less than 100 calories each and will retail at 59p each.

Helena Blincow, Butterkist Brand Manager, says, “At Butterkist we always seek to give our customers what they want. Our market research has revealed that there is a growing demand for a greater variety of packaging formats that popcorn can be purchased in.

“We think a tasty Butterkist savoury flavoured single serve snack, is a perfect choice for consumers looking for something different to try at lunchtime, or to add variety to their snacking repertoire.”
