Galettes range launched in UK

Bonne Maman, traditional bakers of French biscuits and cakes, has recently introduced their new Galettes range in UK retailers. Three flavours of Galettes, lemon and poppy seed, caramel and sea salt and chocolate, will be launched this May in a variety of UK supermarkets and retailers.

Additionally, Bonne Maman will be supporting their Madeleine range later this year with a new marketing campaign. 7 million of the single-portion butter sponge cakes are baked every year, and are currently available in UK retailers, including Waitrose, Tesco and Ocado.
