Two new ‘holiday’ bars

After recently being tipped as a future food trend by William Sitwell in the Times, Madagascan ‘Fair for Life’ chocolate brand Madécasse is looking to take advantage with the launch of two new ‘holiday’ variants – Winter Spice and Peppermint – in time for the festive season.

Made with heirloom cocoa from Madagascar, which meets the highest flavour standards, the Winter Spice bar contains 63 per cent dark chocolate and is lifted with the warmth of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, while the Peppermint variant features refreshing mint and a hint of nutmeg for a warm spice finish.

The 75g Winter Spice and Peppermint lines join the brand’s burgeoning bean-to-bar offering including acclaimed lines such as Toasted Coconut, Salted Almond, Sea Salt & Nibs and Espresso Bean.
