Eat Real introduces multipack snacks

In response to growing consumer demand for healthier lunchbox ingredients, Eat Real has launched two new multipacks of its gluten-free and vegan snacks.

Of the two multipacks, one contains Eat Real’s Hummus, Lentil and Quinoa Chips in assorted flavours, while the other contains ’Kids’ Veggie Straws.

Debbie King, director of commercial sales and marketing at Eat Real, says, “We know that 53% of snackers are interested in healthier versions of their favourite snacks, and that health continues to drive consumer decisions about what they choose to eat and purchase.

“Nearly half the UK population now eats a packed lunch out of home at least once a month, and with increasing numbers of people satisfying their appetite for a healthier lifestyle with a healthy packed lunch, these multipacks offer retailers enormous opportunities to capitalise on this growing trend.”

The Eat Real Chips multipack contains 2 x 25 g packs of Hummus Chips (sour cream & chive flavour), 2 x 22g packs of Lentil Chips (sea salt) and 1 x 22g pack of Quinoa Chips (sundried tomato & roasted garlic).

According to the brand, all are gluten-free, suitable for vegan and kosher diets, and contain less than 122 calories per individual bag.

Eat Real is also targeting the children’s snack and lunchbox market with its ‘Kids’ Veggie Straws multipack (5 x 20g bags). The Veggie Straws are also gluten-free and suitable for vegan and kosher diets.

Both multipacks are available at an RRSP of £1.99 each.
