Croissants for snacks

Melegatti has launched a new range of products for the snack market. Three distinct variations: Morbidi risvegli: a delicate puff pastry croissant made with butter and “high quality” fresh milk, naturally leavened and without hydrogeneted fat, which is available with sugar grains or filled with chocolate, pastry cream, cherry or apricot; GranLeggeri: the exclusive novelty of croissant with less than 30 per cent of fat and less than 70 per cent sugar, with a content of calories lower than all of the other croissants in the market, available with yogurt or soft fruits filling, and Pandorino, scrupulously accomplishing the Italian Regulation in processing, recipe and shape, in a 40g format that will bring a feast every moment of the day.
