Fruit snack for kids
Crushed Ltd is launching ‘Crushed Fast Fruit Snack,’ a snack made from 100% fruit in a bid to provide a fun and healthy way for children to enjoy fruit ‘on the go’.
Crushed comes in two flavours, apple and banana or apple and strawberry, with plans for other apple variations to be released later in the year.
The multipack box of four will retail at £3.50 in Waitrose throughout the UK and will be aimed at children aged between 7-11 years.
Jenny Salmon, Sales Director for Crushed Ltd says: “Having been surrounded in my business life by both parents with hectic schedules and children constantly hungry for something new and fun, it wasn’t hard to see that Crushed was just what they were after.
“Retailers will be pleased to know that the product has a long shelf life of up to 12 months and will be supported by a heavyweight PR and social media campaign as well as national after school club partnerships.”
