Chewy sweets get festive
Chewy sweets brand Chewits is getting festive with two seasonal confectionery products this Christmas that aim to provide consumers with a fun, fruity, tasty alternative to traditional chocolate treats.
The Chewits Selection Box contains eight full size chewy stickpacks, including favourites Strawberry, Fruit Salad and Xtreme Sour Apple. The branded shelf ready packaging is great for creating Chew-tastic displays.
Chewits Chewbs offers the perfect stocking filler for children. The pack contains two Xtreme Sour Apple stickpacks and two Strawberry stickpacks, giving kids a taster of two of Chewits’ most popular flavours.
Retailers should start planning for Christmas as soon as possible to maximise the sales opportunity. With the current economic climate still leaving consumers cautious in their spending, they remain on the lookout for early offers to spread the cost of Christmas.
Smaller Christmas confectionery items, such as Chewits Chewbs, make an ideal offering for these convenience outlets with smaller fixtures, who still want to have an offering for their consumers.

We’re expecting our Chew-massy gifts to be hugely popular throughout the Christmas period. There is a heavy bias towards chocolate in the Christmas market, so sugar confectionery allows children and adults with a dairy intolerance to enjoy a seasonal treat or stocking filler.”
