Returning to the sweet aisle

Burton’s Biscuit Company is bringing one of the UK’s best-loved confectionery lines back to the sweet biscuits aisle for the second-year running, with Cadbury Creme Egg Biscuits.

Available as a limited edition from 1 January 2015 until Easter Monday, Cadbury Creme Egg Biscuits will be back by popular demand.

“During their first Easter, Cadbury Creme Egg Biscuits drove category growth within special treats,” says David Costello, Burton’s Biscuit Company’s head of customer category management.

“Shoppers love the delicious combination of Creme Egg and biscuit – but they also see it as an additional purchase alongside traditional Easter confectionery. We’re sure consumer demand will be high for Easter 2015.”

Cadbury Creme Egg Biscuits (106g) will be available in shelf-ready packaging of 12, at an RRP of £1.79.

The brand will be supported by in-store POS, including shippers and gondola ends.
