Mars Ice Cream is launching a new addition to its Galaxy Ice Cream collection – Galaxy Vanilla, a vanilla ice cream bar covered in Galaxy milk chocolate. Available to purchase in the UK in a single wrapped handheld format, Galaxy Vanilla will retail at £0.75.

We have seen encouraging year-on-year growth in ice cream sales with hotter monthly temperatures on average. We are dedicated to supporting retailers and to growing the ice cream category through innovation and NPD.”
Mars Ice Cream has several additional new product developments and an exciting marketing calendar in place for 2015. This month will also see the launch of a new Bounty Ice Cream – with an improved rectangular shape based on the Bounty chocolate bar and a new outer shell featuring real flakes of coconut. This March will also see a recipe for Twix Ice Cream – with a new crunchy centre made up of small crunchy biscuit balls. In addition, Maltesers Ice Cream will also be rebranded to Teasers Ice Cream.
