Corkers launches olive oil crisp range

Handmade crisps manufacturer Corkers has launched a new olive oil crisp range.

Described as a first for the UK’s hand-cooked vegetable crisp category, the snacks brand has partnered with olive oil producers the Muela family to create the new product range.

Flavours include lightly sea salted, sea salt & balsamic vinegar, black truffle, rosemary & garlic, mediterranean cheese & roasted onion, parsnip, sweet potato, as well as beetroot with sea salt. Priced at £1.99, they are available at independent delicatessens and farm shops nationwide.

The launch follows a £1.5 million investment in production and packaging equipment at Corkers’ Willow Farm in Ely, UK this summer, which created an additional 24 jobs.
