Eat Natural
Hall 4.2, Stand K31/L32 – Eat Natural has been making fruit and nut bars and toasted muesli by hand in the heart of Essex in the UK for 16 years. It prides itself on using no-nonsense ingredients such as chunky pieces of nut, juicy pieces of dried fruit, other lovely ingredients such as spelt flakes and pumpkin seeds, and a little honey to help bind the bars. Eat Natural has just launched two new bars: peanut and popcorn – wonderfully indulgent and yet wholesome, and chocolate and coffee – the ultimate deliciously natural pick me up.
