Kick starting the New Year with continued development and innovation, Walkers Shortbread has announced the relaunch of its Oatcake range that’s set to respond directly to the continued all year round demand for healthier snacking alternatives, while remaining true to its world-class craftsmanship and Scottish heritage.

With newly improved recipes and a complete packaging makeover, the five strong Oatcake range will undoubtedly tap into the continued popularity and strong customer demand across the healthier biscuits category.

The relaunched range is set to have broad consumer appeal amplified via relevant and commercially viable seasonal drivers such as New Year Wellbeing and Burns Night.

The range will consist of:
Highland Oatcakes – Walker’s iconic oatcake
Fine Oatcakes – Walker’s lightest snack
Thick and Crunchy Oatcakes – Walker’s most substantial oatcake
Three Seed Oatcakes – includes pumpkin, sunflower and linseed with nutritional benefits
Mini Oatcakes – miniature versions of Highland Oatcakes
Scottish Biscuits for Cheese – a selection of Scottish oatcakes and digestives.

The complimentary stand-out packaging will see a host of bright colours creating a contemporary and modern look while a subtle tartan finish will be inkeeping with the instantly recognisable Walkers Shortbread tartan livery and ensuring visual synergy across the full range.
