On-pack promotion for Fish ‘n’ Chips

Burton’s Biscuit Company is to launch what it describes as its biggest on-pack promotion for its Fish ‘n’ Chips brand with the ‘Join our fans’ campaign.

The campaign, which will run for 12 weeks from 4 April, includes a partnership with Ticketmaster, where shoppers get the chance to win gift cards to buy tickets to events, including theatre, music and sports with £1 million worth of fan experiences up for grabs. Prizes include 20,000 £50 Ticketmaster gift cards, 100,000 50p off Fish ‘n’ Chips product vouchers and three ultimate fan experiences worth £2,500.

Shoppers will need to visit the Join our fans website with their pack code for a chance to win.

“The Fish ‘n’ Chips brand has seen phenomenal growth since it was re-introduced in 2014, bringing new shoppers to the category and in turn helping retailers to drive profits of crisps, snacks and nuts,” says David Costello, head of category and shopper management at Burton’s Biscuit Company.

“This new campaign will not only allow us to engage and reward Fish ‘n’ Chips fans, it will also increase awareness and trial among crisps, snacks and nuts shoppers via an exclusive partnership with Ticketmaster.”

The promotion will run across eight SKUs in the Fish ‘n’ Chips brand portfolio, including multipacks, share bags and grab bags, with the campaign being supported by a £500,000 investment including new on-pack designs, social media support and in-store activation.
