Triangle cake range expands

erlenbacher is delighted to be expanding its Triangle cake range by offering four traditional baked classics: Linzer Triangle, Almond Triangle, Apple & Almond Triangle and Raspberry & Blueberry Triangle.  The Triangle range has become a best seller in confectionery shops and catering businesses due to its practicality and convenience.

Linzer Triangles are an Austrian classic with a nutty shortcrust pastry, coated in red currant and raspberry jam, topped with a pastry lattice and sprinkled with almond slices.

The Apple & Almond Triangle come with juicy and crunchy Cripps Pink apple slices embedded in a light fluffy sponge. The fruity triangle slice is topped off with almond slices.

The Almond Triangle is an almond cake with a light crumbly shortcrust pastry base covered with roasted almond and topped with a fine layer of icing sugar.

Raspberry & Blueberry Triangles consist of a light muffin sponge covered in a yoghurt cream with raspberries and blueberries. The fruity triangle is then topped with a crumble mixture.

Triangle cakes are produced in line with the erlenbacher quality philosophy, containing no artificial flavours, artificial colours, hydrogenated fats and oils or added preservatives. Each tray bake (28.2 x 38.3 cm) is pre-cut into 24 portions. The outside box contains three trays.
