Mars introduces Galaxy Crispy
Mars Chocolate is expanding its Galaxy block chocolate portfolio with the launch of Galaxy Crispy.
Available in UK stores from 17 July (RRP £1.39), the product combines smooth Galaxy chocolate with lightly crispy cereal pieces and is ideal for treating occasions.
Following the success of Galaxy Salted Caramel, Mars says Galaxy Crispy brings another unique proposition to the market to attract a new wave of potential consumers.
Bep Dhaliwal, trade communications manager at Mars Chocolate, says, “We are continuously looking to identify new flavours and textures that compliment our Galaxy chocolate perfectly and Galaxy Crispy is just the next step in our journey, following huge success with Galaxy Salted Caramel and Galaxy Duet.
According to 2013-2015 CSV Nielsen Scantrack data, crispy textures are in 19% value growth.
